SINGAPORE – The adoption of tokenisation of assets in Singapore comes with many legal challenges, said lawyers.
Tokenisation – which essentially breaks down high-value properties into digital tokens – has found favour with a small but growing group of accredited investors here, as it lowers the financial barriers to entry for those wanting to invest in real estate.
