Singapore outpost of New York club teaches chess to kids as young as three years old

SINGAPORE – When should kids learn chess? From three years old if you ask Mr Jon Sieber, who co-established a curriculum in 2011 to help pre-schoolers in New York play and develop a lifelong love of the classic strategy game.

Traditionally, chess is introduced to children from seven years old, says Mr Sieber.
