On a visit to my small neighbourhood supermarket, I count 40 varieties of milk in the dairy fridge. There are different brands, different amounts of fat (regular, low fat, skim), different flavours (plain, chocolate, strawberry and banana), and different types of milk (cow, oat and soya).
